After all visits, the MVM team submits to the company a final written report that presents all the necessary “call to action” analyses in order to define the quick steps that need to be taken to improve the quality of service.
For the analysis of the collected information, a specialized program designed exclusively for the needs of MVM Group clients is used. Analytical reports are later formatted according to specific client requirements. Our clients use the information collected and processed to improve the brand and services.
