We are pleased to have been part of the first FMCG Summit in Podgorica, a very important event for the entire retail sector in Montenegro.
Our colleague, Aleksandra Dimitrijević, delivered a presentation on the topic “Outsourcing Merchandising – Reduce Costs & Increase Sales,” during which she highlighted key reasons why outsourcing merchandising is essential for driving sales growth.
She also presented other sales-enhancing services our company provides — not only in Serbia, but also across the region, including Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
